Given the reviews we read previously, we actually were pleasantly surprised. Clean room, quiet, friendly staff. You can tell they’re really trying to renovate and improve. Credit where credit is due. Good work.

Older motel that needs some fixing and polishing, but it was clean and quiet. Bed was comfy, shower hot, wifi worked well. Would stay again.

The pool was down unfortunately so the kids didnt get to enjoy the amenities. Next time though. Did inspection and theres some concerns that need adressed. My associate tripped over the drain cover almost fell on her face hopefull this can get fixed before someone gets hurt.

This was perfect for me, I booked the wrong dates but was able to resolve quickly and they still had a room available for me. Girl at the front desk was polite and Absolutely stunning, I will definitely be back to see her. Overall a good stay

You get what you pay for. The staff was very kind at reception and checkout. Bed was comfortable enough & no bugs, heater worked, warm water in shower, doors locked. The rooms have been painted recently but not otherwise updated. The bathroom wasn't great & I believe the sink is soon to fall off the wall. There were a few things that didn't seem all too clean so I either wiped it down myself or put it out in the hall. The hot tub was nice but did not get very warm and no way to adjust the heat yourself. Didn't use the pool as it's only 5ft deep (personal preference) but it looked clean. FYI: There were some folks in the parking lot doing their own thing, sometimes sketchy and sometimes not. The police drove through the parking lot at least 3 times during my 1 night stay.

Right near the airport. Perfect 1 main road access to downtown, airport, college and bus line. Great price, modest quality. Plenty of space, including a pool. Quick breakfast in the morning. Mini fridge, microwave, hair dryer, and coffee in room. Heat and a.c. WiFi included. Overall for the money best deal in Boise.

Let me start off by saying... You get what you pay. The location isn't the greatest, it's pretty sketchy to say the least. There are a lot of people who are just hanging about outside, working on their cars, having loud conversations, enjoying the shade of the building. Once you walk into the building though, it looks pretty nice like they have been working on updating the building but doing it slowly. The pool area was completely renovated and is absolutely beautiful. There's a Jacuzzi, pool, kids pool, and a projector for movies. Now to the rooms... I reserved 3 rooms. None of our rooms were connecting. Initially they had put 2 rooms upstairs and one downstairs but when we explained we were all disabled they were able to arrange it to where we were all on the first floor. They don't have elevators so it would have been difficult to get to the second floor. 2 of the rooms were really nice, everything worked, and they were clean. The bath and shower were very outdated and needed work but that didn't bother us. However, our third room was a disaster. TV and phone didn't work, and the bathroom smelt like cat urine and mold. We were only staying one night and it was 75 dollars per room so again get what you paid for. Though the third room was a disaster I'm still giving 4 stars because when we informed the front desk they offered to switch our room for us or to give us a refund on that room. The staff were polite and helpful. A few things to note... 1 being the walls are thin. If you don't have TV or something to fill the silence you can hear everything. Conversation in the next room or even outside. People walking or even sneezing. 2 being cleanliness... The rooms look like they were cleaned by children. Pictures had splatter marks dried on, bed skirts had dried crust on them, surfaces were sticky, and lamps had gunk stuck to them to say it best. It looked like a quick clean job but I also noticed housekeeping were mostly younger women. 3 is the toilet paper. I was shocked to say the least when I saw the size of it. The texture is whatever but when a sheet is as wide as rolling paper there's an issue. 4 would be don't expect breakfast unless you want to pay for it. When I reserved my rooms it said breakfast was offered but this is the first place I've stayed where it wasn't complimentary. Again get what you pay for though. I think there were positive but still many negatives to this stay but you decide.

This hotel was a good value. We paid less for this room than I paid for a motel 6 in the ghetto recently and the rooms here are actually nice. The area is quiet and near Ali at the front desk was fantastic. He was extremely helpful. When we realized the TV cable connector was broken, he personally came to our room and truly went above and beyond to get it resolved. His customer service made a big difference in our stay. On top of that, the price can’t be beat, great value for what you get. Would definitely stay here again.
